RDB Consulting positions for growth with investment by Webcom

RDB Consulting, an ICT outsource and consulting company, has made a strategic move to expand into new markets, entering a shareholding agreement with The Webcom Group (Webcom), an end-to-end ICT products and solutions company with an established stronghold in the financial services and government sectors.

Says Jaroslav Cerny, MD of RDB Consulting: “RDB Consulting is gearing itself for growth and the investment by The Webcom Group will allow us maximise this strategy. The agreement will enable both organisations to increase their footprint and realise new opportunities by leveraging off their respective customer bases. Of particular significance are Webcom’s clients in the banking sector which include some of the top financial services companies, including international banks.

RDB Consulting provides professional Database, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence (BI) and operating system (OS) support, as well as network and security maintenance, consulting, project management and solutions architecture.
